Shopify is the name of an e-commerce platform for online stores and retail point-of-sale systems.
The Shopify platform offers online retailers a suite of services including payments, marketing, shipping and customer engagement tools.
Shopify has more than 1,700,000 businesses in approximately 175 countries using its platform as of May 2021. According to W3Techs, 4.4% of the top 10 million websites use Shopify.
iVeri makes it easy to accept payments on Shopify right away.
The merchant can easily and quickly setup the iVeri payment app on their Shopify store and start accepting payments seamlessly.
The merchant needs to have a merchant account with their iVeri Acquirer, and a Shopify store.
Once they are onboarded on the Gateway by the Acquirer, they will be ready to install and use the iVeri Payment App on Shopify.
How it works?
On checkout, the card holder is redirected to a secure payment page that is hosted by iVeri, where they would insert and submit their payment details. Once the transaction processing is completed on the iVeri Gateway, the card holder is redirected to the Shopify store.

How To install iVeri on your Shopify store?
Pre-requisite
your Acquiring bank/PSP must confirm that you are successfully onboarded on the iVeri Gateway before proceeding with the below. Make sure you have provided them with your Shopify store name.
You have 2 options to install the iVeri payment app to you Shopify store:
Option 1: via the Shopify app store
Step 1: go to apps.shopify.com/iveri
Step 2: Click on “Add app”. If you are not already logged in to Shopify, you will be asked to login. Otherwise, you will be redirected to the “Install” page on Shopify.
Step 3: Click on “Install App”
Step 4: Insert your iVeri credentials (merchant profile, username and password) and submit
Step 5: Upon a successful authentication, you will be redirected to the iVeri app setup on Shopify. Scroll down and click “Activate iVeri”.
You should now be able to accept payments with iVeri on your Shopify store!
Option 2: via Shopify Admin Settings
Step 1: Login to your Shopify store, admin section.
Step 2: Under “Settings”, go to “Payments” and select to “Add payment methods”
Step 3: under “Search by Provider”, insert keyword “iVeri” into the search box, and select it from the result .
Step 4: Click on “Connect”
Step 5: Insert your iVeri credentials (merchant profile, username and password) and submit
Step 6: Upon a successful authentication, you will be redirected to the iVeri app setup on Shopify. Scroll down and click “Activate iVeri”.
You should now be able to accept payments with iVeri on your Shopify store!
